Every Rozbern custom board starts right here. Tell us as much as you can about the board you're picturing and how and where you surf. The more we know, the better we can dial in your shape. Not sure about something? Leave it blank or choose "Not sure," and we'll work through it together.

How it works

1. Fill out the form and place your $300 deposit. This holds your spot in the queue.

2. We reach out when you're up in line. We'll dial in every detail of your board: shape, dimensions, glassing, color, and fins.

3. We build it. Standard turnaround is 4-6 weeks for poly and 6-8 weeks for epoxy. Color work, custom stringers, and other extras may add time.

4. Pick it up or have it shipped. Pick up at the Space Rock Surf Garage in Matunuck, RI, or have it shipped to your door (we'll send a shipping quote based on board size). The remaining balance is due when your board is complete, before pickup or shipping.
