I submitted my deposit, now what?
Standby! Your deposit holds your place in the queue. We like to get you dialed in as close to your board going into production as possible. We'll reach out as soon as your up in line and get all of the aspects of your new custom ironed out!
How long will it take for custom orders?
Standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks for poly, and 6-8 weeks for epoxy. Color work, custom stringers, etc. may add on to that. We take an extreme amount of pride in our work, and quality work takes time.
Do you shape boards that aren't in your lineup?
Yes! We love working together with customers to dial in something unique to fit their style of surfing and the type of waves.
Where are your boards made?
We make our boards at Space Rock Glassing located in Rhode Island.
I ordered a board, how can you get it to me?
We offer pickup at our Space Rock Factory Showroom, delivery to your favorite surf shop, or shipping directly to your door. Contact us to figure out which would be best for you.
Is my board handshaped?
Depends! If it says handshaped on the bottom, the only machine to touch it was a planer. If it doesn't say handshaped, it likely came off our machine, and we have record of it for easier replication.
